Return policy

PoleActive accepts returns within 30 days of purchase date. Return package must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase in order for the return to be approved. $5.00 flat rate for return shipping with store credit, refund, and exchanges.

All returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached and in original condition. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on the bottoms. Items will either be refused or 30% restocking fee will be charged if the items returned have been worn, soiled, laundered, altered in any way, or without original tags attached. Items with deodorant marks or makeup stains are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

All shoe returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Socks, hand grips, and Last Chance/Sale items are not eligible for return. 

PoleActive offers store credit or refund of purchase price. Original shipping is not refundable. Please email hello@poleactive.com for exchanges.

As an added reminder, PoleActive is not responsible for any third party shipping delays or loss as these are out of our control. We will not refund shipping costs due to Postal service delays or loss.

Due to new shipping requirements: Pleasers are subject to a 30% restocking fee should client cancel order after PoleActive places shoes on order through Pleaser warehouse for client. PoleActive does not have any control over the shipping timeframe from Pleaser to PoleActive warehouse. Pleaser does not offer drop ship at this time. Please read all Pleaser related information carefully before purchasing. Shipping time is 15-30 days. *Clients will have 30 days from delivery for returns and exchanges *Subject to restocking fees.

Store Credit

Select Store Credit option in the return portal. Once the returned order is received, we will issue a gift card to the original email of the order.

Refund

Select Refund option in the return portal. Once the return is received, we will process and refund within 5 business days.
